Strong entrepreneurship and professionally skilled in corporate training, sales management, retail, CPG, consumer electronics, B2B sales, public speaking and human capital management. With Jyve, I played a key role in running proof-of-concept projects and launching new banners/territories nationally, in partnership with major CPG companies. I was chosen to lead a multi-million dollar launch in the Baltimore, MD area for a Fortune 500 beverage company. That launch was a huge success and continues to expand. With mVentix and VIZIO, I was selected by senior executives & company ownership for numerous stretch assignments and pilot projects due to my exceptionally high operational standards and track record of leadership & creativity. I believe that people are the foundation to any business and are that business's most valuable asset. I am extremely passionate about surrounding myself with top talent and developing people to be future leaders within the organization. I have an in-depth background in driving sales, managing operations, KPI, recruiting top talent, people development, customer service, P&L management, labor controls and visual merchandising as well.
