I am a self-driven individual with exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to change within a fast-paced environment. Working in the hospitality sector has allowed me to be heavily involved with the employee lifecycle; all while sharpening my people skills and creating an environment all team members take pride in being a part of. In return, I am looking to tie in my operational background with a human resource related role. Ultimately, expanding my skillset and growing both personally and professionally.
