We provide owner agent construction management services and bid at risk design build and straight construction at risk work. Previously, as Regional Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Division of MOCA Systems, Inc, I lead a team of construction management, cost estimating and scheduling professionals. Our focus is project controls and construction management primarily for federal sector owners. We add value by reducing construction project risk while maintaining a close watch over project cost and schedule. Previously, as Chief of Construction, Baltimore District, Corps of Engineers, I managed $2.5B in construction and 252 major projects annually and directed 425 engineers and construction management professionals. Project growth increased 210% over the same period last year, requiring me to hire 212 new staff members in an 18 month time period.
