Those are some of the characteristics that I bring to work with me and that I have included in my personal mission statement. I want to make a difference in my career and in the careers of my fellow employees. What I bring to the table is the inexhaustable, pin pointed focus on making "others" successful. Because when I can make others successful then I too am successful."When you encourage others, you in the process are encouraged because you're making a commitment and difference in that person's life. Encouragement really does make a difference"-Zig Ziggler- After 20 years of serving in the United States Army, it is now time to turn my focus to a new career. My intent is to take the lessons I have learned about successful leadership and apply those to my next career. It is important to hold on to the examples of "poor leadership" and "poor leaders" as warning signs to prevent repeating the failures of the past. What I can bring to an organization is superior operational management and organization. Whatever the industry may be, the personnal traits, skills and attitudes that I bring will enhance the overall operational excellence of the organization. I am enthusiastic for the future,"MY" future as I assist others in recognizing and achieving their own success through encouragement, organization, management and just plain ol fun.
