About John Ciulla

I founded Regatta in 2014 and am responsible for growing the company into the leading boutique Identity Security consulting firm by helping organizations to implement identity and access management solutions. I am passionate about serving our customers so that they can ultimately achieve identity excellence with greater efficiencies while minimizing risk. For the world-class identity consultants here at Regatta, I am focused on providing opportunities for them to expand upon their skills and take their careers to the next level. As a senior level executive with a 30-year track record of building and leading successful companies, I understand that our people are Regatta’s most important asset. It's important to me to provide a supportive atmosphere fueled by a culture of collaboration and innovation. Prior to Regatta, I was instrumental in Xerox’s hardware-to-services transformation, creating, acquiring, and leading several multi-billion dollar lines of business. And before that, I served as the CEO at Neogent where it grew to become a leading IT Security and Identity Management solutions company. At Neogent, I directed sales and client growth while reconstructing the company to be acquired by Sun Microsystems. I’ve held leadership roles at Vignette, IBM/Tivoli Systems, Entex, EDS and Perot Systems. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
