I am an experienced IT professional with over 23 years of experience in IT. I have worked in several facets of technology from desktop support, application and infrastructure coordination, Assistant Director (acting director in absence of a director), project management, global project management. Data team lead and development team lead for COVID-19 support response. I have managed up to 55 direct reporting staff members. I have created, coordinated, and conducted trainings, mentorship programs, and staff development programs. I continually focus personal and directing team efforts to better my organization's/department’s abilities to provide exemplary services. I have planned and managed upwards of $12Million plus operating and capitol budgets, performed all functions of Human Resources, designed infrastructure topology, written and implemented policy and procedures, created and negotiated contracts and service agreements, and managed the implementation of several major projects including strategic Planning program, global VDI implementation, rollouts and upgrades of computer systems, network and communication infrastructure upgrades and support, VOIP phone systems, data center builds and operating center, printers and multifunction device integration, wireless technologies, software development support, office space redesigns and building moves, disaster recovery, business continuance planning, and disaster mitigation.
