About John Clay

I have just graduated as a mature student with a First Class Honours Events Management Degree from London Metropolitan University. I have a wealth of experience working in and alongside events and have undertaken my Events Management degree to assist in my career change from acting and performances into running events full time. My studies have allowed me to develop additional skills in project management and contract wording. My time at London Metropolitan has allowed me to become a Student Rep for four years, I've been a co-creator and ambassador for the extra-curricular Passport scheme for students and I've been invited to speak at numerous conferences on many subjects in front of senior faculty staff from many different universities. I consider myself a creative, organised and motivated individual who would bring a lot of passion and enthusiasm to the right role. I am a confident public speaker and have strong interpersonal skills when interacting with vendors, customers and other stakeholders. I have a full UK driving license, my own car, and experience driving vans.
