I am currently working as an Accounting Intern at Machinist Tools & Supplies, Inc. I was hired in October 2016 and have gained experience in dealing with Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, and Inventory through the accounting software, Prophet 21. I have worked as a part-time math and reading tutor at the Kumon Math & Reading Center of Sachse. This job taught me how to work with the other tutors and my manager in coordinating and maximizing efficiency in teaching the students. I have experience in mass-event planning as I hosted a successful talent show in high school. All of the funds generated by the show went to the Dare to Dream Children's Foundation headed by Ms. Jan Tennyson. As I was planning this event, I picked up many skills, from optimal advertising to coordinating the talent and crew involved. I also learned how to speak in public with confidence as I had to MC for the show.
