Experienced sales, project management, and service delivery professional with over 20 years experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry working on successful, large scale, business supporting, IM/IT initiatives. I have experience with a variety of technologies and solutions in both the Public and Private sectors. I have proven successes in a multitude of large-scale Secure Telecom / Security/ Risk Management / Infrastructure / Portfolio management assignments and implementations. My successful Telecom-IT projects have involved experience in guiding senior management, subject matter experts, and technical resource teams in the areas of requirements analysis, design, strategy, security/risk analysis, and options identification related to multimillion dollar proposal development. These involved substantial communication with, and presentations to, all levels within the organization. In addition, I established preliminary technical discussions with the end user community to ensure alignment with the business needs and strategic direction they have set forth. Recently I have been engaged as a trusted advisor to several organizations in the areas of Security / IS-IT and Telecom, Convergence, and Collaboration projects. As such, I participated in the presentation and management of multi-vendor projects, leveraging manufacturer partners and programs, procurement expertise, and professional services. These efforts allowed my clients to provide the most appropriate and cost effective solutions to their stakeholders within predetermined timelines. I am a goal-driven, yet unassuming team player, who has taken a leading role in managing deliverables and thereby provided value to my clients - both external and internal. I am adept at the art of listening, have a keen ability to align business with technology needs, and am passionate about client satisfaction.
