John Has been an Environmental Health & Safety professional for 17 years, and has been involved in most of the divisions within the Mace group such as Major Projects, Commercial offices, Aviation, MLogic, Technology and MEP. This helped him to advance within the group and reached senior business unit lead status, which his direct report was to the board Prior to this John has had 14 years’ experience in the construction industry across various sectors including, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Nuclear BNFL, MOD Faslane, Coulport (marine projects), Gas and private sector Commercial projects John has been involved in some of the most prestigious projects Mace have been involved with, such as RBS Gogarburn Terminal 5 Heathrow T5 BAA CIP Lounges The Shard of Glass The Place London Bridge W4 / W5s Regent st Whilst being involved with these projects and many more John has helped to maintain a very positive H&S culture and has been an advocate of Behavioural management, which has led to the projects winning some of the largest accolades in the industry, such as The Sword of honour BSC Awards ROSPA Awards ICE Awards John Joined Dar group in 2013 to head up The Kingdom Tower project in the KSA, Johns role is to over see all aspects of HSE with direct reports up stream to the client, this include supply chain management selection to setting KPI`s for the overall project, audit compliance to design and risk input, and overall HSE standards for the projects. John joined keo in 2015 as a senior hse manager working at the prestegious Aspire park sports facilities which quickly led to 2 further appointments for a reverse osmosis plant and edutainment centre From Jan 2018 to Aug 2019 John headed up the Ras Abu Aboud football stadium the first full demountable stadium made from containers in the world for the Qatar 22 world cup.
