About John Cogan

Dedicated professional committed to quality coupled with attention to detail. At this point in my career I have worked in almost every area of the Building Envelope business. I am very fortunate with experiences that I have been exposed to and took have full advantage by learning from each of them. To date I have had a very fast paced career development within the SIAC Group and on with Al Abbar and now with Alucraft. When I completed my Bachelor Degree in Commerce I immediately commenced with SIAC Construction as a site supervisor. In my first three years, I completed a Certificate in Construction Studies (Part time) to enhance my technical knowledge. Within the following four years and including the successful completion of the demanding Athlone Town Centre Façade project I became General Manager of the Glazing division within the group. When we saw the opportunity to move and work in the middle East, I took it and commenced as Construction Manager, within 6 months of joining I was promoted to Project director and am proud to have successfully delivered a $100 Million plus package.
