I am a Director and Partner at Corporate Edge and we are a Culture Alignment company. Our focus is culture and leadership. We aim to build great organisational and team cultures by creating inspiring leaders who care deeply about their people. We have an incredible team (our village) located all around Australia who provide coaching and facilitation to companies of all sizes. We help our clients change and evolve by creating aligned exectuive teams, develop managers into leaders and help shape cultures that provide for the wellbeing of their people and the delivery of their strategic ambitions.Our clients include Scentre Group (formerly Westfield), Woolworths, Endeavour Drinks, Ampol, Prospa, Optus, Harvey Norman, Saputo, Senex and Mirvac. Prior to joining Corporate Edge, I worked in the FMCG industry for over 10 years, including Senior Leadership positions where I worked for a great organisation in Kimberly-Clark Australia. My best personal learnings have been in the years since I joined Corporate Edge based on the experiences and stories of our clients. I made plenty of mistakes as a leader which helps me help my clients. It is a great thing being able to do something everyday that you believe is making a difference, but challenges you to use your strengths for others.
