About John Collins

Hi its John Growing up I was exposed to many different sports. I was lucky enough to compete at the very highest level. I saw the direct correlation with hard work and success- and this has stuck with me throughout my life. From my teaching background I am always thinking about educating the athlete, and setting meaningful, attainable short and long term goals. I believe that people should always try to reach and aim for something a little outside their comfort zone, and that is where true growth occurs. It is a privilege to be able to work with so many different athletes, from different backgrounds, different skill sets, different talents and different motivations. I fully believe that my job as a coach is to find out how I can make each athlete fulfill their highest potential. Everyone is on a different fitness journey. It is important as a coach that this is understood and planned for. In our carefully designed programs we ensure that the needs of all our athletes are met and modifications are always available. Beginners learn that exercise is not something to be feared, but is a release, fun and something that through consistency is extremely enjoyable. The master was once a beginner and through hard work, consistency and effort these classes have the potential to be life changing!
