Late career independent advisor and board member, leveraging multiple decades of executive leadership experience. Moved to the provider side of healthcare following significant experience in the insurance industry, which included several subsidiaries and product lines of AON corporation, leading a stand alone subsidiary of Health Care Service Corporation ( HCSC) through an initial turnaround followed by significant growth and development, and movement to HCSC in an executive role that effectively brought all individual health insurance operations under my leadership. Subsequently recruited to Cancer Treatment Centers of America to build and develop a functional area from inception and held additional roles throughout my tenure. In addition to core role(s), assumed the Chief Marketing Officer role on an interim basis to support a transition, led the Growth Strategy unit from formation to deployment, and was a core participant in strategy formation, process, and execution. In addition to executive level experience across multiple functions, deep expertise in the Payer/ provider interface in healthcare. Career can be characterized as one of many positions of increasing responsibility and scope, diverse experiences, and participation with company leadership and strategy development throughout.
