I am an experienced HSE Safety with extensive training, multiple certificates and a strong familiarity with the function and requirements of Industrial Construction and Nuclear Safety. I have more than 10 years of experience in the EMS and Health and Safety field, the past 6 years in progressively more responsible and senior positions. Now I would like to bring my experience and knowledge to your organization. My ability to work as a team player, effectively manage programs, and go the extra mile, together with my penchant for detail, have contributed to my success in the field of HSE for Industrial Construction. My past experience includes leading all emergency and daily operations, carrying out strategic planning, developing and implementing new safety programs, and mentoring new hires. Throughout my career I have achieved many certificates and licenses. I am adept at analyzing firefighting and safety programs and developing effective improvements. I am experienced in leading pre-fire surveys and inspections such as building inspections, building pre plans, and emergency response plans. While managing community relations I have participated in training opportunities in expanding knowledge to the public about fire safety. I have also been heavily involved in formulating policies and procedures. I am an effective organizer and planner. My outgoing and friendly nature allows me to interact well with other staff members at all levels and I pride myself on bringing the right measure of enthusiasm into the equation. I have experienced great success in achieving health and safety program ‘buy in’ and participation by applying effective behavior based safety (BBS) training through the implementation of several methods such as employee observation and feedback programs, identifying critical safety behaviors, training, positive reinforcement, and performance feedback and measurement.
