About John Cowling

Personally, Courtney and I have been married for 15 years and we have three children. I have intentionally practiced leadership since my father gave me The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership by John Maxwell in during one of the lowest points of my life. The book proved a passion in me. August 2019, 20 years after receiving The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership I attend the Live JMT Event to become a Certified John Maxwell Speaker. For 15 years I spent rebuilding small and large ministries in the church setting. Today, I speak and preach regularly in a variety of occasions. Serving in compassion ministries, I have developed a strong network of Louisiana Baptist Disaster Relief, Red Cross, Salvation Army, nonprofit and business relationships. Ministry is a blessing to lead Pack Shack Meals for rural food banks and playing a lead role in almost meals served in two major hurricanes and two major floods. While working on the business side of a compassion ministry I have developed a new website, POS, social media strategies, graphics and logo, intuitive financial statements, multiple avenues to give, specifics needed for new locations, and customer relations.
