About John Crook

John is a Program Manager/Principal Consultant with more than 18 years of real world experience, including 12 years of success as a Systems Management Architect with the remainder of his career spent as an SME in a variety of ITSM tools sets. He accumulated this experience while leading project teams as a Service Management Architect and Implementer in a variety of IT environments. He has also been working with a variety of service management tools sets for various business lines (Cloud, Financial, Utilities, Banking,Education, Retail & Telephony) and has real world experience supporting a production environment as a tool administrator. Through his experience, John has developed an excellent working knowledge of IT Service Management processes, best practices and vendors’ products. He has a proven ability to communicate clear and concise explanations to technical and non-technical users, mentor and train team members and customer-based teams, support client needs through Transitions, and design, build, and deploy solutions. He is results-oriented and self-motivated with highly developed skills, works well under pressure, and is adaptable to changing environments and work priorities. John is at ease working in a team or independently.
