About John Croser

An Australian registered architect who has over 30 years experience in design, documentation, design management, and contract administration of commercial, retail, multi residential, educational, sport and recreation projects in Australia and the Middle East (Oman). Prior to travelling to the Middle East, John held management and leadership positions in well respected design companies in Brisbane, Australia, responsible for delivery and in house management of a wide variety of projects. Broad experience in the design and technical delivery of many diverse project types including shopping centres, corporate commercial projects, multi residential projects, educational and sports related facilities. Extensive practical experience in contract administration using a vartiety of standard and industry based contract forms,(FIDIC based), specification writing and building code compliance across a range of building types. Meticulous and vigorous in interdisciplinary interfacing and coordination within both multidisciplinary and single discipline environments, and knowledgable and conversant in sustainable design principles and technologies, and highly conversant with British, Australian and International Standards, local codes and regulations, International Building Code, and NFPA.
