John started his career path in the Title Insurance industry after graduating from Northern Arizona University in 1988. He holds a degree in Public Relations from NAU as well as a certification in Light Construction and Development Management from the University of California Irvine thru the Building Industry Association. Acting as a principal in over 150 purchase and or sale transactions, John has extensive first hand experience as a Real Estate investor. John has purchased over 100 properties at Trustee Sale Auction as well as dozens of Short Sale properties. This has given him a varied background in, Foreclosure, Eviction, Rehab as well as a deep transactional knowledge. At different points in his career John has also worked on the management side of the Title Insurance business. As division manager he had responsibility for the P&L and reported directly to C level management. He was responsible for the Title Department (2 branches), Escrow Department (5 branches) and the Sales Department, 74 employees in total. He has a background in Escrow Management, Title Production, Underwriting and Title Claims Resolution.
