Background

About John Cummings

I am an extremely motivated individual who has been working as part of the building trade, specifically render specialists, for the last 2 years. During this time, I have been able to develop a number of skills including building customer relations, product knowledge, sales and web development. I have been extremely proud of this, as over the last 18 months, I was able to teach myself enough to build a successful e-commerce website which has far exceeded initial targets. My time in previous employment has also given me a strong basis for dealing with the public in multiple capacities. I have spent time in many different roles involving varying types of customer service. Dealing with the public within these roles has allowed me to become adept at altering my communication styles to suit any situation I'm in. This has allowed me to build lasting relationships with many of the customers in the building trade. I believe myself to be an extremely valuable asset and I look forward to building my skills in the future.
