My primary role is investigating and preparing building reports to be used in NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, District Court, and Supreme Court proceedings. My main areas of experience are defects reports, project management disputes and mediation, dilapidation reports, and workplace health and safety matters. I am also called upon as a mediator in building disputes. I am a retired fourth generation builder, a member of the Master Builders Association (NSW), the Australian Society of Building Consultants, the Society of Construction Law Australia, Australian Institute of Waterproofing, Concrete Institute of Australia, Australian Concrete Repair and Remedial Building Association, Australian Environmental Pest Managers Association. I currently serve as the secretary of the Australian Society of Building Consultants, and as President of the Parramatta Cumberland District of the Master Builders Association (NSW), and serve on the Council of Management of the Master Builders Association (NSW), and Chairman of the Housing Committee. I also serve on the NSW State Committee for the Concrete Institute of Australia.
