Volunteering as a coach for Beacon Hill Little League, I discovered the power of teamwork, strategy, and resilience. These experiences, along with my own time as an athlete, have shaped my professional ethos and personal values. Coming from a family that values hard work, integrity, and community service, I have developed a strong sense of purpose that drives my career. My professional journey has been shaped by diverse experiences, all connected by a commitment to service and problem-solving. As a Support Clerk with Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), I audit and process applications for critical federal benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance in delivering essential services to Canadians. In my role as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Victoria, I support third-year commerce courses in AI, marketing, and international business by evaluating assignments and facilitating communication between students and professors. Previously, I served as a DFAA Project Administrator with the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure, where I managed financial audits, led disaster response efforts during the 2021 Freshet event, and overhauled the Adopt-A-Highway program. Each of these roles has reinforced my ability to adapt, lead, and create meaningful impact. While my exact career path continues to evolve, my passion for helping others and solving complex challenges remains constant.
