Director/Principal BIBS Kunming Campus IB implementation and new school startup at BIBS Kunming • Responsible for the organisation and administration of the BIBS Kunming Campus which includes- recruitment of teaching personnel for all sections- Continuous development of records and reports- Development of student schedules and teaching timetables. • Responsible for the supervision of instruction which includes- Implement and establish curriculum to fit the needs of all children in the school and all IB PYP Program me - Overseeing the mentoring and evaluation of teachers- Observing each teacher in his/her classroom and submitting a written report each year- Evaluating other staff members each year as assigned- Evaluating, improving and coordinating instruction, instructional materials and curriculum. • Responsible for coordinating special service areas of the school including guidance, attendance, learning center, health etc. • implement instructional programs, documentation and reporting pupil progress and dealing with behavior problems. • responsible for the orientation and induction of teachers new to the school. • implement professional growth in the school. • maintain records thereof, and interpreting the results to the public. • Assist with building and renovation tasks as needed. • develop and promote positive parent participation (Parents as Partners) and work closely with the PTA. • Carry out all other reasonable tasks as assigned by the ownership of school.
