Mr. Hermann is President of Arminius Consultants and has over 30-years of experience in water, wastewater, reuse, and stormwater utility engineering and consulting. His experience includes planning, optimization, design, permitting, procurement, project management, program management, and construction services for infrastructure for large, small, public and private utilities. He has worked on advanced technologies including seawater and brackish desalination, stormwater harvesting, surface water treatment, reuse of wastewater, wastewater nutrient reduction, biosolids reduction. Mr. Hermann provides unique solutions for water supply that includes regional partnerships, reallocation of supply, and alternative non-traditional sources. Utility consulting experience also includes capital improvement plans, asset management, inter-local and wholesale agreements, public presentations, purchasing strategy and implementation, support for financial due diligence and grants, legal support, and strategy development for public/private partnerships. Mr. Hermann also provides market studies, business development, and strategic planning for engineering consulting and water utility industries.
