For example, in my current role as Operations Manager, I led the creation and delivery of a KPI/dashboard project that increased product forecasting and reporting accuracy by more than 90%. Earlier in my career with Scholastic, I delivered more than $2M in savings over a three-year period by contributing to the development of strategic plans to reduce IT expenses that involved headcount reductions and contract negotiations. Additionally, I implemented an automated enterprise-wide wireless/telecom expense management solution that strengthened asset management oversight and saved over $350K.
