About John Daliva

John is a board certified Internal Medicine doctor. He currently works as a hospitalist at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center. He received his training in internal medicine at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. He holds a medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences, an MS in medical sciences from Western University, and a BS in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from University of California, Davis. He has been involved in the medical field and working with the underserved community since 2009 in student run clinics providing free health care for those without health insurance. He has also advised pre-medical students starting in 2009 on how to prepare to apply or medical school. John has also held office as Vice President of COMP at Western University of Health Sciences from 2013 to 2017, as well as serve as coordinator for TOUCH, Translating Osteopathic Understanding into Community Health, a program that recognizes medical student's outreach towards volunteering efforts. During his time at Western University of Health Sciences, he conducted research involving clinical trials to help prevent HIV patients and diabetic patients.
