At Banza, we make comfort foods like pasta, pizza, rice, and waffles out of chickpeas, to make a positive impact on both human and environmental health. As Foodservice Lead, I build and manage partnerships across commercial and noncommercial channels to bring healthier menu options to diners across the country. With over 10 years of experience in business development, negotiation, and strategy, I have a passion for creating smart, holistic, and sustainable solutions for the food industry. I have successfully identified and closed new opportunities alongside the product, culinary, marketing, and brand management teams. I also manage the P&L and forecasting for the foodservice channel, and represent Banza at customer meetings and industry events. Previously, as a Business Development Consultant and Advisor, I managed market entry, M&A, and revenue growth for various companies in different sectors and regions, domestic and international. As Fulbright Scholar, I studied advanced Mandarin Chinese and gained valuable cultural and linguistic insights. I am always eager to learn, collaborate, and innovate in the fast-paced and dynamic foodservice market.
