Proud husband and dad of two awesome girls and step-dad to two very cool boys, Realtor, real estate coach and mentor, UB4ME Foundation founder, ordained minister, youth basketball and soccer coach, recipient of the Most Valuable Player Award by Fathom Realty - RDU in 2020, and a Triangle Nonprofit & Volunteer Leadership Center "President's Volunteer Service" volunteer of the year nominee in 2022. John has been a licensed Realtor since 2006. He has assisted hundreds of buyers, sellers, and investors. He currently operates the J. Davison Realty Group LLC at Keller Williams Cary. He added a renovation company to the family in 2013, and in 2015, a company specifically designed to assist investors, by offering a "one-stop shop" approach to locating, fixing and either selling or managing the investment property. In 2020, the UB4ME Foundation began functioning to assist non-profit organizations throughout the Triangle. The UB4ME Foundation is designed to promote and support a conglomerate of small non-profit organizations in the community by providing them with financial donations and volunteer assistance. The financial support to these non-profit organizations comes from the Foundation's realtor members. The volunteer assistance comes via promotion of these small non-profit organizations to various civic and religious organizations in the community that have ready, willing, and able volunteers. These companies have grown exponentially through big vision and assertive leadership, all the while maintaining levels of tenacity, integrity and competence that have defined the family of companies and mirrored their founder. John believes in meeting people where they are, accepting them for who they are, and serving them well, without any judgment.
