My work starts when someone at the top says, “We need to solve this problem.” From there, teams start exploring solutions—maybe it’s a new system, maybe it’s a build vs. buy decision. The tech folks get excited about new tools, while others start wondering, “How will this change things for me?” That’s where I come in. I help connect the dots between strategy, technology, and people. Whether it’s guiding decision-making, supporting implementation, or helping users feel confident with change, I’m there every step of the way. Using a mix of Communication, Agile, Business Analysis, Facilitation, and Project Management skills, I work across all levels of an organization to make sure- We choose the right solution- It’s rolled out the right way- And everyone feels supported throughout the process.
