Planning and Scheduling for day to day Corrective & Preventative Maintenance work • Planning and Scheduling for Outage & O/Hauls for Gas Fired Power Stations & Auxiliary Plant • SAP Master Data Maintenance (Bills of Materials, PMs, CMs, Maintenance Plans, Task Lists, Functional Locations alterations/updates) • Communicate with all levels of employees, internal & external from apprentices & Trades to General Managers & CEO, verbally or via email or reports • Carry out Plant inspections then create Work Notifications or Work Orders or Maintenance Plans for work to be carried out • Plan for Testing & Tagging of Electrical & Lifting equipment to be carried out • Ordering Parts & Services then Creating Service Entries to pay invoices • Update Procedures & Maintenance Plans • Refer to Acts, Regulation, Standards, Drawings & Life Plans whilst planning work • Safety Representative • SAP (CMMS) Master Data updates & Data Testing • SAP Training • Regular use of MS Word & Excel for daily work • Liaising with Market Trading, Operation & Maintenance to schedule best time for Outages & offline work • Planning of Outages/Overhauls using SAP, MS Project & MS Excel • Planning of jobs, assessing what parts and tools are required and estimate the time needed • Prepare Job Safety and Environmental Analysis Forms and Inspection and Test Plan Forms • Train and mentor apprentices • Using SAP complete work orders, raise notifications of faults and order parts • HV Switching • Support the everyday operation of the power generating units by isolating areas so that routine maintenance and repairs can be carried out • Conduct plant checks and routine preventative maintenance to ensure that the equipment is in good repair and working order
