About John Decristofaro

I have extensive hands-on experience in global controllership, reporting, and analysis functions with exposure to financial planning at well-known companies. I am strategic but remain hands on and involved in the details. I have led accounting teams of up to 50 people through significant structural change including reorganizing, hiring, and right sizing the accounting function and integrating key areas of shared services into the Controllership organization. I'm not afraid to dive into detailed reports and put together schedules when needed. I currently lead global internal reporting, analysis (20 + quarterly/yearly schedules), and accounting for a $1B division, with 30 + legal entities through multiple business changes and to support new requirements such as ASC 606 disclosure and external segment changes. I support execution and improvement of financial controls. Recently, I have supported the disposition accounting and related support for two large-scale channels, measuring and operationalizing multi-million purchase push down accounting for my division, and serving as an international subject expert in Oracle Fusion progress to go live.
