30 plus years of Water and Environmental Management related experience including: Operations, Systems Design, Start Up, Supervison, Maintenance and Management, of Drinking Water, Industrial Water Systems and Wastewater systems, Conventional treatment techniques as well as specialized treatment with membrane technology, ion exchange, water cooling systems and corrosion control, municipal and industrial waste disposal, water recycling & treatment systems, facility management and quality. The primary responsibilities include compliance with federal environmental regulations to inclde water, land and air compliance. Development of regulatory compliance programs for state and local authorities. Responsible for the successful coordination, design, construction, operation and maintenance of an efficient utility business environment. Specialized experience includes; permitting/compliance, policy development/implementation, planning & programming and capital projects.
