With over 18 years’ experience in generalist roles in Manufacturing Industries, including general management, operations management, and financial controller. My expertise lies in implementing Lean manufacturing principles and fostering continuous improvement, whilst retaining an expertise for financial & management accounting. I've also streamlined supplier negotiations and pioneered the adoption of an online ordering system, which has significantly enhanced our operational workflow and customer engagement.
