About John Derham

I am an enthusiastic and dedicated person with experience working in a fast paced environment. Over the past number of years, while working as part of AXA’s Sales Team, I have been afforded the opportunity to grow and develop my skill-set into a Branch Manager Role. I am a fast learner and have an excellent work ethic, challenged to excel in any target that has been set. I can prioritise job assignments, work autonomously and resolve problems on my own, but I'm not afraid of delegating responsibility to my team to get things done. I have exceptional interpersonal skills and my personality allows me to interact with colleagues and customers alike. I am keen on self-development and completed my CIP qualification. I pride myself on being the youngest ever Branch Manager within AXA Ireland and my people management skills, used to extract and enhance performance, and keep the office a fun place to work! I am currently doing a Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing & Management in TU Dublin.
