About John Deuben

I have spent the last 10+ years driving technology companies to heightened success. With a love of challenge and a passion for process improvement, I take pride in achievements like creating targeted marketing and retention strategies for high-risk clients. Company operations succeed when their processes are as streamlined and accurate as possible, and I always find opportunities and improve them. My changes have cut severe service concerns causing refunds down to 3% and sliced system costs. I use the same analysis and innovation, paired with client research, to enhance SaaS products, making them more functional, user-friendly, and efficient. Since a successful team strengthens its company, I incorporate developmental training as well as personal direction for managers into my leadership. I am pleased to say I have coached employees to achieve internal promotions and excel in leadership positions.Areas of Expertise:LeadershipEmployee DevelopmentProject ManagementClient AdvocacyCustomer RetentionProcess DesignTrainingVoice of Customer (VOC)Excel, including V-lookups and Pivot TablesVendor ManagementSalesForce CRM AdminPipeDrive CRM AdminWrike Project Management
