In the UK his consultancy assisted hundreds of fast-growth businesses. His specialization is within Family Owned Enterprises (FOEs) and John has assisted numerous FOEs to better manage the often complex dynamics in such organizations. John’s humanitarian work saw him build the first rural business development NGO in Papua New Guinea. His work with the Red Cross involved designing, implementing and evaluating development projects in 7 countries. John’s company provides executive coaching, management consulting and targeted training services crafted for the specific needs of clients.
