About John Dillon

I am a highly experienced executive in the scrap tire recyling industry with 25 years of experience. Began at a family owned operation with 12 employees and was able to move into the RVP role in 2013 with two plants which has now evolved into 8 that make up our Region. I have been able to develop and grow in managing the financials to an excpetionally detailed level of GL entries to balance out financial reviews, personally work with GMs and Regional Controller to develop itemized budgets for each site, have weekly calls to cover all details of the plants operation, manage and facilitate accurate forecasting thoughout the month, work closely with site managers to help develop their skills in order for them to improve and provide the same to their staff so our management team continues to strengthen. We have seen growth in annual EBITDA since 2014, completed 6 acquisitions we integrated in that time frame, one of which was a new site in Indy. Have managed sites through 9/11, 2008, Covid and many other ups and downs gaining exceptional leadership skills and experience that aid my decisions now and going forward. Incredibly happy with my career at Liberty Tire Recycling and excited at the new opportunities we are looking at in the future.
