In order to do this successfully I take the time to establish relationships while building trust, from initial contact through implementation and throughout the complete life cycle of those solutions. When done correctly the technology is the enabler, again to achieve both the business objectives and minimization of risk. I am also fortunate in that I can take the time at whatever pace my prospect or customer desires. Add the benefit to the customer of my non-biased recommendation process when it comes to vendors and solutions. In fact, my only bias is for the customer.
