More than 30 years experience in Banking, specialising in technology implementations. In the past decade, I have helped run Australia’s top tier banking transformations, and also driven the technology platform uplift of the largest non-bank mortgage provider in Australia. In addition to my Consultancy work, I am currently managing the implementation of the Customer Service Hub, Westpac’s flagship technology modernisation program. My history: I have consistently directed large scale, multi-million, multi-vendor, multi-site, complex transformations for tier 1 and tier 2 financial institutions. I come from a software engineering background and bring over 20 years of commercial experience from active involvement in Australian domestic and international engagements. I have directed programs of the scale of AU$350m and have managed workforces of the size of 650FTE.
