About John Disanto

My name is John DiSanto. I was born in Auburn NY, attended St. Hyacinth Grade School, Auburn High School and Cayuga Community College. In 1986 I joined the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged in 1990. After four years of honorable and faithful service as a Avionics Technician, working on Huey H-1 and Cobra Attack AH-1 Helicopters, I returned to Auburn and Cayuga Community College and obtained my AAS in Liberal Arts. Shortly thereafter I received a job offer in San Jose, California AKA Silicon Valley as a Pager Technician with the then worlds largest paging company Paging Network Inc. or PageNet. After over fifteen years in California I returned to Auburn to be closer to family. Putting technology aside, I found that over my lifetime that the most rewarding times in my life were the times I was helping others. Whether volunteering for Safe and Sober Grad Night at Livermore HS or A Day in the Park for the Taylor Family Foundation to working as a parking attendant at Fillmore Glen, this was my calling. Service to others. I've completed a course of study in Community and Human Services at SUNY Empire State College where I graduated with B.S. and I now have a new opportunity to give back to others. I am currently working as Care Manager with Prime Care Coordination, a career dream come true. Giving back to and helping others. It is here that I have found life most gratifying. In the summer I enjoy golf, working out and trout fishing. In the winter I enjoy skiing and always enjoy spending time with family and friends.
