As a manager at Fun Land of Fredericksburg, I oversee the daily operations and staff of the amusement park, ensuring quality service, safety, and customer satisfaction. I have been working at Fun Land for over two years, starting as a ride attendant and progressing to a managerial role. I have developed and supervised a team of more than 20 employees, handling scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution. I have also contributed to improving the park's revenue, efficiency, and customer loyalty by implementing new policies, procedures, and systems. Additionally, I am pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science at the University of Mary Washington, where I am learning valuable skills in programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering.
