Prior to Stryker, John spent 13+ years within AbbVie’s HR Data and Digital Strategy organization gaining extensive experience in HR, leadership and industry experience. His career has been dedicated to HR transformation to drive the right business outcomes. John has spent many years leading transformative ServiceNow and Salesforce platforms within HR. His deep and strong understanding of HR and HR technology, combined with his experience in digital transformation, allows him to anticipate the future and design HR solutions for the future employee experience. Career Highlights (Most Proud of) 1. Implementation of ServiceNow’s HRSD within 6 months including new HR Portal, Case Management and Knowledge Management 2. HR Domain Owner for AVA (AbbVie’s Virtual Assistant) enterprise GenAI platform using Moveworks. 90%+ of HR and Payroll interactions asked in AVA are provided responses 3. Led HR Technology implementation of Salesforce, ConnectMe and Five9 during AbbVie’s HR Service Delivery initiative to bring HR Shared Services back in-house across 70+ countries and supporting 50k+ employees 4. Key contributor to many large M&A deals for AbbVie (most recently, Allergan). M&A is always complex and each deal brings their own challenges, which makes this area exciting within HR Shared Services.
