Under Tom Durrant's management, DCTR has evolved to become an award-winning property marketing agency providing virtual reality new homes’ marketing suites and walk-around CGI representations of anything as yet unbuilt. In addition, our design team create bespoke brochures for new homes, hoarding design and site plans as well as floor plans. The business was formerly known as Doctor Photo and rebranded in 2016 to DCTR (Doctor). At our team optimises agents' own photos to be the best they can be. Currently, we're improving around photos a month and the numbers are growing as agents realise the potential there is in making their homes stand out from the competition. I still teach agents and photographers how to photograph properties to a professional standard. 52 years as an award-winning estate agent, author of the RICS Property Photography Guide and founder (officially retired but still involved on the sidelines) of DCTR has given me a clear understanding and insight into what UK estate agents need to do if they feel that they're failing to impact their local market.
