With over 24 years with a company that I not only grew with, but helped to grow in every aspect of the company. I've worked in almost every department of the company. I've developed new plans and procedures that are still in place that continue to make the company far excel past our competitors. After managing the customer service department and attending to account management of customer relations, deliveries and will call duties, my all over sales increased so rapidly, that I was moved to inside sales, where my sales grossed higher than normal at an alarming rate, setting new records. Grossing over a half million a month in sales and climbing, I've helped many customers grow their business as well. I possess product knowledge of the interior & exterior building industry, from custom remodeling, to restoration projects & hobbyists. Serving the world with quality, top name products. Aggressively promoted to more advanced positions to push and grow the company daily, with a no limit to expectations. Increasing sales margins and productivity with a positive can do attitude, grabbing the attention of the president and CEO. From managing the store and still tackling the sales force needed to grow, I've taken on more duties than most in our company & do it with determination and success. I'm confident that with my experience teamed with a company that is willing to let me lead, I can help our company push above expectations in the coming year. Being a team leader in a very competitive market demands being on your toes at all times & I have exceeded many goals thus far. I'm continuing to exceed market plans monthly on average by 130% and growing. Currently, we have hit a milestone with record breaking numbers that the organization has never seen nor expected.
