Based on market trends and insights derived from data, I utilize savvy skills to effectively select and implement cross functional solutions that support strategic decision-making. With an accounting background, I focus on improving profitability while reducing costs. While working on multiple projects, deadlines are never missed, accuracy is never sacrificed and profitability remains the focus. As the Operations Analyst at Auto Trakk, I developed data-driven decision making and insights across all functions of the company. Using historical data I developed a predictive scoring model to calculate risk scores to assist underwriters in their decision making process. I was the in-house data warehouse (SQL), report automation (Powershell, Skyvia, Task Scheduler) and dashboards (Power BI and Intellicast) expert. I developed dashboards to monitor the various attributes of the score as well as the different metrics of the sales program. I initiated bi-weekly credit committee meetings with the officers of the company to discuss trends in the market, present recommendations for program changes based on my research and provide updates on the status of any outstanding projects.I take pride in my work, I am detail oriented and I am a proficient and strategic problem solver who is looking forward to the challenges that await.
