Hailing from a family of lawyers, I have long appreciated the opportunities the legal profession provides for continuous learning, new challenges and assisting people in successfully planning for and resolving their legal issues. I have extensive experience with business and commercial litigation as well as business transactions involving corporate law, commercial real estate, and other related issues. Having earned a master’s degree in international business, I understand the complex issues facing today’s management and am able to provide sound strategic and legal advice. I am a quick study and can evaluate and advise clients as to the various issues involved in a case or deal that the parties involved may or may not see. My practice includes advising corporate clients throughout the life of their business, from business formations and governance to contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate issues to shareholder disputes, oppression and share buyout and valuation litigation (business divorce). I have handled a variety of commercial real estate development matters, including leasing, creation and governance of condominiums and community associations, zoning and regulatory issues. My litigation experience involves Personal Injury cases, complex business, real estate and commercial disputes ranging from partner and shareholder disputes to issues with vendors, suppliers, and a myriad of other business disputes. I also have handled personal injury cases. I also have significant experience in handling cell tower purchase, sale, leasing transactions and associated work. I often represent property owner landlords, and has represented governmental entities, private landowners and others in negotiation with cell tower companies, owners, and carriers regarding long-term leases, extensions, perpetual grants of easement, sales and related transactions.
