About John Eaglen

Throughout a 29-year career in public service I have acquired experience with the construction of public facilities and public infrastructure. I also have experience with the land development process (including permitting, facilitating construction and final acceptance by the City). As an owner representative I have experience with the following aspects of Project Management: Planning. Identification of organizational needs, development of project scope, completing initial project cost estimates and preparing for the placement of completed projects into service. Directing. Providing strategic focus and leadership to develop plans, program necessary project funding and obtain required approvals for project implementation. Coordination. Completing project communication, budgetary and contract administration duties and addressing issues necessary for “clearing the path” to project completion. Logistics. Ensuring the necessary alignment of resources through evaluation of project needs, coordinating necessary scheduling and completing required procurements. Conflict Management. Providing leadership in resolving disputes and managing conflicts between various involved parties.
