About John Egart

Entrepreneurship is often rooted in personal experiences and childhood influences. Growing up on a farm, the daily routine of tending to livestock, plants, harvesting crops, cutting wood in the forest, and selling produce taught valuable lessons about hard work, resourcefulness, our grocery store was outside on 10 acres. The joy of seeing the fruits of labor turn into income and realizing the value of providing something others needed sparked the entrepreneurial spirit in me early on. Simple activities and finding ways to offer products or services showcased my innate entrepreneurial drive, even without knowing the term at a young age. At the age of 6 I showcased my entrepreneurial drive through activities like spending hours outside in the garden filing bushel baskets of green beans then selling them at Fraley's Market, I recall at 7 years old the excitement of ordering a box of 100 seed packets then going door to door selling packets of seeds. If you wanted anything extra as a kid you had to earn the money to get it. On the farm we had to pivot every day sometimes every hour but you got conditioned to that mentality and it became normal. As I got older I quickly learned: 1. Business Ownership 2. Financial Management principles 3. Innovation and Adaptation 4. Risk Management 5. Market Orientation 6. Entrepreneurial Mindset 7.(SME) Subject Matter Expert Entrepreneur Now as a company SBA Certified Hubzone and 8A in a Underserved Community we are able to support any mission and Pivot if need be. We are as a company passionate about scaling up to support missions. With 45 years experience of owning several successful companies we pay close attention to the Biden Infrastructure Bill and the great opportunity it gives businesses in Undeserved to move up and create wealth and jobs.
