Became involved in the non-profit field through a volunteer requirement while attending Cardinal Stritch University. What began as a 10 hour requirement has now become an enjoyable career in non-profit management with America SCORES Milwaukee. As Associate Director, our local affiliate of the national organization America SCORES is run successfully with a small administrative staff of myself and our Executive Director. Day to day operations are managed equally and include staff training and management, fundraising, budgeting, evaluation, marketing, event planning, as well as various other general programming tasks. We focus on holistic youth development for children in Milwaukee's inner-city. Providing opportunities for healthy, active lifestyles as well as self-expression and community engagement.
