As the Head of Executive Protection at Lucid Motors, I lead the enterprise-wide strategic planning and implementation of all executive protection operations and activities, including threat assessment and mitigation, incident management, and awareness programs. I have over 25 years of experience in the security field, spanning executive protection, physical security protocols, public safety, investigative techniques, and law enforcement practices. I am adept at managing high-profile and sensitive cases, developing and analyzing intelligence, and obtaining the best evidence. I also deliver expert-level security guidance, initiate and implement security management processes, and direct security projects from start to finish. I am skilled in building and working collaboratively in a strong team environment, as well as independently. I have excellent prioritization, organization, decision making, time management, and communication skills. I hold a BS in Secondary Education and Teaching from Taylor University and and am LEOSA (HR 218) certified. I am passionate about providing the highest level of security and safety for the executives, employees, and assets of Lucid Motors, a leading company in the electric vehicle industry.
